Since its founding, Crew House has welcomed a diverse community of residents from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, experiences, and walks of life.
Crew House is committed to fostering a respectful, supportive, and inclusive living environment for all residents. We believe shared housing works best when every tenant feels comfortable, valued, and welcome within the community.
An off-site manager is available daily to assist with maintenance requests, questions, or tenant concerns, helping ensure the home remains well cared for and responsive to residents’ needs.
To maintain a safe and healthy living environment, the property undergoes regular inspections and preventative maintenance, including routine testing and replacement of smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and air filtration systems.
