The Rooms
Between the main house and the back “carriage” house, Crew House offers 18 private rooms for rent, along with shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, four full bathrooms, comfortable common living areas, and on-site laundry facilities. Rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a wide range of utilities, off-street parking and much more.
"One Tree" Room
The front room of the house is unique for its stunning quarter-sawn redwood interior. The floors, walls, and ceiling are all finished with wood milled from a single redwood tree, giving the room a warm and remarkably unified character.
A favorite gathering space within the home, the One Tree Room is a comfortable place to relax with friends, listen to records, or watch a movie.
The Kitchen
Crew House features a large communal kitchen that serves as the social heart of the home. Each tenant is provided with dedicated pantry and refrigerator storage, and the kitchen is accessible 24 hours a day.
Throughout the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, the kitchen naturally becomes a gathering place where tenants cook, relax, and spend time together. The space is equipped with two full-size industrial refrigerators and freezers, as well as a modern six-burner gas range and stovetop.
